The Executive Director will be engaged in developing our CHIEF core values of compassion, humility, integrity, excellence and fun. The Executive Director is expected for supporting with the operations oversight at the organization. This individual will provide training and assistance to all the team members and promote quality care and independence for our residents. The incumbent will ensure compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures within the communities. It is the responsibility of the position holder to ensure a high degree of resident and team satisfaction at the community. As Executive Director, this position will provide leadership and direction to volunteers and workers ensuring the goals and objectives.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in an operations role
Education
Associate's/Bachelor's degree
