_Overview:_

Responsible for responding to a variety of customer inquiries while exercising the highest level of customer service and professionalism over the phone, in person or written. Maintain bank standard of Safety, Silence and Service while serving customers and internal personnel. Knowledge of appropriate bank products and services, and capitalize on opportunities to refer business to other departments. Duties include but are not limited to checking/savings accounts, time certificates, retirement accounts, debit cards, verification of customer accounts, safe deposit boxes.
_Key Responsibilities:_
1. Provide ongoing customer-focused service while accurately working with customer transactions in accordance with established FNB polices and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations.
2. Proficiently utilize bank deposit software. Accurately prepare all paper work and ensure complete documentation, system coding and required data.
3. Participate in training and cross-traiing activities to support the development of competent peers and back-up. (As assigned by manager.)
4. Exhibit professional working behaviors and promote positive working relationships with co-workers and the banks customers as defined in the Code of Business Conduct.
5. Understand and comply with the bank's BSA/AML Program, which inludes but is not limited to the following: a) complying with the bank's Customer Identification Program and Customer Due Diligence Policy; b) Identifying, monitoring and reporting suspicious activity; c) completing BSA/AML training in a timely manner as directed by management.

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. Demonstrated customer service skills
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills
4. Ability to exercise independent judgement within established policies and guidelines and provides appropriate customer solutions
5. Ability to work independently in a diverse fast-paced work environment
6. Basic PC skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
