SUMMARY OF
Responsibilities:
In this position the candidate will coordinate and process all work order requirements pertaining to manufacturing. This will require the ability to multi-task, work in a fast passed setting, while maintaining high accuracy. A strong ability to learn quickly, work within a verity of computer programs while displaying strong communication skills will be critical to this position.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
1. Prints Work Order Release reports on a daily basis.
2. Assembles all requirements of work order packets.
3. Performs Shop Floor Production Feedback. Closes work orders upon completion.
4. Coordinates with Manufacturing Engineering when questions arise with blueprints and/or revisions.
SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
1. Provide assistance when required in purchasing, shipping and administrative functions.
2. Completes special projects as required.
3. Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Require high school education and minimum of two years technical schooling or three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
2. Accuracy with numbers.
3. Good communication skills -- both oral and written.
4. Strong computer skills.
