Starting pay negotiable based on experience Full-time (32-38 hours per week) Proficient verbal & written communications skills required in both English & Spanish Experience as a receptionist or dental assistant preferred but not mandatory Friendly & professional demeanor is a must POSITION SUMMARY Answering phones, welcome and dismissing patients, scheduling, collecting payments, data entry, and various administrative tasks.
Must have excellent communication and computer skills, be able to multitask, be a team player as well as be comfortable working independently.
Attention to detail is very important in this position.
Ensure privacy compliance with HIPAA when dealing with patient information.
