Job Description:
The primary function of this position is to create effective training material according to team prioritization and requirements, will establish and follow a rollout plan for that material and will correlate diverse type of material available to ensure sequence, pertinence, and right places availability.
This position will have the responsibility to compile the required data, write, review and follow approval process of related work instructions.
High school Diploma required Strong communication and public speaking skills.
Able to challenge with questions on training.
Computarized systems (Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook) Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Draft a training material rollout plan.
Participate to prioritization exercise to define clear objectives on material development plan.
Compile data for training material build-up.
Create the adhoc training material based on the nature on the topic to be addressed.
Work closely with focus group to understand right availability and storing of the material.
