Coordinate orientation training for new staff and ensure that orientation is completed within sixty (60) days of employment. Track all required training for employees using in-service tracking systems. Evaluate current literature and staff development materials to ensure the agency has access to up to date materials. Provide on the job coaching for direct support staff to assist in the development of needed competencies. SCHEDULE:
Hours depending on training schedule - generally Monday - Friday, however, need to be flexible for new hire orientation/onboarding. Travel required in the areas of Norfolk, Omaha, Hartington and Fremont. This position will have access to an office in these areas. Vehicle/Mileage reimbursement available.What YOULL Need:
High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years experience in the field of developmental disabilities Minimum of one year experience in related field CPR and Mandt Instructor required can obtain after hired What YOULL Get:
